Trinidad Wiseman (TWN) is one of Estonia's best-known digital transformation, UX/UI, and service design consultancies.
I joined Trinidad Wiseman in 2020 as a UX/UI Design Intern while completing my third year of the Digital Product Design bachelor's program at the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA). From the outset, I was impressed by the company's welcoming culture, supportive environment, and the trust placed in me as a junior designer.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to contribute to real client projects, collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, and present my design solutions directly to stakeholders. Being encouraged to advocate for my ideas and design decisions early in my career significantly strengthened my confidence and communication skills. Beyond the professional experience, I built strong relationships with my colleagues, making my time as an intern both rewarding and memorable.
Following the completion of my bachelor's degree, I transitioned into a full-time UX/UI Designer role at Trinidad Wiseman, where I continued to develop my expertise in designing user-centered digital products and services.

Work experience
During my more than five years at Trinidad Wiseman, I gained extensive experience working on international projects for both public and private sector clients. Throughout my career, I contributed to projects across a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, energy, e-government, education, and service design. This diverse experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of complex business environments and the ability to design user-centered solutions for varied audiences and stakeholder groups.
One of the most significant and memorable projects I worked on was for SEB Bank, where I contributed to two internet banking products: a new investment solution, Micro-Investments, and the redesign of the account statements experience. I played a key role in leading the account statements project as the Lead UX/UI Designer, collaborating closely with SEB's account statements team and stakeholders across the Baltic region.
Throughout the project, I was responsible for the end-to-end design process, including conducting user interviews, facilitating workshops, developing user personas, mapping user flows, creating low-fidelity wireframes, designing high-fidelity user interfaces, presenting solutions to project teams and stakeholders, and planning and conducting usability testing. By combining user insights with business requirements, I helped deliver an improved account statements experience that met both customer needs and organizational objectives.

Creativity and fun
Alongside my UX/UI design work, I had the opportunity to contribute to various video production projects at Trinidad Wiseman, combining my professional role with one of my greatest creative passions. Over the years, I filmed and produced content for numerous company and client events, including World Usability Day Estonia (WUD), the Atlassian Conference, Inspiration Day for Trinidad Wiseman clients, summer days aftermovies, and various internal and client-focused events. These projects ranged from event aftermovies to on-site video productions, allowing me to capture and communicate the energy and atmosphere of each occasion through visual storytelling.
Video production has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I found great satisfaction in bringing events and experiences to life through film. In addition to professional event coverage, I was actively involved in creating a series of short films with my design team, “Team Hardcore.” These annual projects were produced for Trinidad Wiseman's gala events and became a fun tradition that fostered creativity, teamwork, and company culture. I also collaborated with other teams across the organization, supporting their productions whenever needed.
Throughout these projects, I was responsible for the entire production process, including filming, editing, color grading, and sound design. These experiences not only allowed me to further develop my creative and technical skills but also helped create lasting memories and strengthen relationships with colleagues outside of day-to-day project work.
