I worked with Erik Vorna for more than five years in my role as his team lead. During that time, Erik worked as a UX/UI Designer on a variety of digital projects for both public and private sector clients.
Erik’s strongest qualities are his visual design skills, strong aesthetic sense, and proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma. He is capable of producing high quality visual concepts efficiently and consistently delivered visually appealing user interfaces. He was often able to move from concept to polished design quickly, which was valuable in projects with demanding timelines.
One of Erik’s notable projects was the redesign of the Tervise Arengu Instituut website. In this project, he worked closely with both the client team and the development team to deliver a modernized user experience and visual design. He also played a key role in the RIT self-service project, where he created a comprehensive UI Kit and an interactive prototype while leading the user interface design work alongside a business analyst. In addition, Erik collaborated with the SEB design team and contributed to the improvement of their self-service user experience and interface design.
Throughout our time working together, Erik demonstrated a strong commitment to the quality of his design work. He actively sought feedback when needed and was receptive to improving his solutions based on review and discussion. Over the years, I saw his ability to incorporate feedback develop further, resulting in stronger design outcomes.
Based on my experience, Erik is particularly well suited to projects that require strong visual design, user interface creation, design system work, website design, and greenfield product development.
