Supported the evolution of critical public-sector systems, including the eesti.ee state portal, the ARVA content platform, and the Pääsuke authorization management system.
About the system
Pääsuke is a centralized authorization management platform that enables representatives of companies and institutions to gain a comprehensive overview of their permissions and access rights across Estonian public-sector information systems. The platform allows users to view, grant, modify, and revoke authorizations through a single, unified interface, improving transparency and administrative efficiency.
By providing a shared authorization management solution, Pääsuke helps organizations reduce operational complexity and avoid the costs associated with developing and maintaining their own authorization systems. This results in significant savings in both implementation and long-term maintenance efforts.
The service is administered by the Information System Authority (RIA) and developed in collaboration with AS Helmes and Askend Estonia OÜ. Pääsuke is owned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and serves as a key component of Estonia's digital government ecosystem.
